I know Sunny believes that small local businesses are the driving force behind creating jobs and the best solution for the continuing support of our nonprofits. Please join me and vote for Sunny Reynolds on May 1, 2018.
I am, without reservation, endorsing Sunny Reynolds for re-election to an At-Large seat on the Warrenton Town Council.
This community helped me build a successful business and provided a safe and welcoming environment in which to raise my family, and for these I am grateful. When I returned here after military service, I realized how important it is to live in a nation that encourages entrepreneurship and provides the freedom for businesses to thrive.
As the years have gone by, I have grown to more fully appreciate the impact that locally elected leadership has on business. I personally feel that the while Warrenton Town Council has done a fair job in attracting and maintaining businesses, I also see many missed opportunities that likely would have strengthened our local economy.
Future leadership has to encourage more economic development and provide the incentives for existing businesses to expand and provide more jobs. We now need to find a way to encourage the next generation of business owners to call Warrenton home and stop the migration of these businesses to other communities that are more business-friendly.
In this regard and without hesitation, I am voting once again for Sunny Reynolds for an At-Large seat on the Town Council. Please join me in voting for Warrenton’s future.
